To use our services, you must:Be a legal representative of a U.S.-based business entity;
Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts;
Provide accurate and complete business and personal information;
Have the authority to apply for financing on behalf of your business.

3. Our Role
Lendit acts as an intermediary between borrowers and a network of lenders. We:
Collect business information via our online application;
Assess basic eligibility for business loan products;
Match applicants with one or more lending partners;
Facilitate communication between you and the lender.

We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, nor do we guarantee loan approval or specific terms.

4. Loan Offers and Funding
Loan terms, eligibility requirements, approval decisions, and funding timelines are determined solely by our lending partners.

Lendit is not responsible for any decisions made by lenders or the outcome of your loan application.

5. Fees and Compensation
Lendit does not charge small business applicants upfront fees. In some cases, we may receive compensation from lenders for referrals or successful funding outcomes. If your loan involves any fees, they will be clearly disclosed by the lender before you proceed.

6. Your Obligations
By using Lendit, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business;
Use our services only for legitimate business financing purposes;
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7. Privacy and Data Use
We take data privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your information. By using our services, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with that policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lendit website—including logos, graphics, software, and text—is the property of Lendit or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

Our services may link to third-party websites, including lenders, banks, credit bureaus, or document upload portals. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability
Lendit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not liable for any decisions made by third-party lenders, delays in funding, or inaccurate data provided by users.

11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold Lendit, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
